Darby's Party at Girly Girl

Darby's birthday party was a huge hit with her friends, and she had such a great time. At the end she even won a free makeover.

This, mind you was my very first attempt at a birthday party, and hosting as the "mom" I think it went great!

Girly Girl was awesome. They did a complete makeover on the girls, beginning with hair first.

And then of course, they did their nails and makeup. And when they were through, and while they were waiting they were able to get onstage and sing Hannah Montana and watch themselves on a television screen, just like they were onstage.

We then finished off the day with Darby's favorite chocolate cake with purple icing.

And in the end we did the Charlie Brown dance, and I of course danced with the girls and made a complete fool out of myself after "criss-crossing" and stepping on Darby's foot in heels.

This was such a fun, fun girl day! One not that will that will not be forgotten anytime soon!
